THE BILL BRADLEY LIBRARY:

Values of the Game by Bill Bradley & Phil Jackson (1998). Former teammates Bradley & Jackson clearly love the game of basketball. In these ten essays, the two explain the values and life experiences that basketball can instill in all -- including respect, passion, discipline, selflessness, responsibility and courage. 120+ photographs. Follow the link to read more reviews of the book. List: $30.00. Your Price: $21.00 (You Save 30%)!

Time Present, Time Past: A Memoir by Bill Bradley (1996). This book is Bradley's second autobiography, detailing Bradley's life in politics. Written at a time when he had decided to leave political office, Bradley's writing showed his open disdain towards both Democratic and Republican leaders alike for their polarizing politics which -- in Bradley's view -- left the great American middle leaderless and disaffected. The New York Times wrote that the book is "loosely organized around his travels in 1992 on behalf of a variety of candidates, and what emerges is a man who knows the country far better than most who would mount a campaign to lead it." Vanity Fair described the book as "intelligent, surprisingly candid and exceptionally well written." Follow the link to read more reviews of the book. List: $13.00. Your Price: $10.40 (You Save 20%)! (Paperback). Also available on Audio Cassette -- read by Bradley -- for only $16.45 (You Save 30%).

Life on the Run by Bill Bradley (1976; 1995 Reprint). The autobiographical story of Bradley's decade playing pro basketball for the championship Knicks. A fascinating account of the day-to-day experiences of an NBA star. The Wall Street Journal described the book as "a thinking man's guide to basketball [with] fascinating insights into the author himself." The Sporting News called it "a remarkable book." Follow the link to read more reviews of the book. List: $12.00. Your Price: $9.60 (You Save 20%)! (Paperback)
